Best Ever Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe

The result was quite literally the best creamed spinach i've ever had best ever strawberry spinach salad recipe. I prefer this over some imitation overly sweetened version. I used 2t instead of 4t of baking powder, 1/4cup sugar instead of just 2 spoons of sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. I still can't make it uncrumbly but this is still good.
